 Terms of Agreement:

  1. ADBA and/or UKC and/or ABKC registration papers and vaccination records will be provided to the buyer with the sale of this puppy.
  2. Seller/breeder guarantees that purchased puppy will be delivered in good health, current on vaccinations, and free of distemper, parvovirus, para influenza, leptospirosis, corona virus and any genetic defects including hip displaysia. Buyer agrees to take the puppy to a veterinarian of choice within fourteen (14) days of purchase. If deemed unhealthy in any way, the puppy may be returned to the seller/breeder and a replacement puppy will be provided, unless the seller/breeder’s veterinarian determines that the buyer has caused the health problem. This guarantee does not apply to parasitic, bacterial, viral, staph and fungal skin disorders; nor does it apply to various forms of dermatitis, allergies, alopecia or demodectic mange. If no replacement puppy is available immediately, the sale money will be transferred to the next available litter. Under no circumstances will any deposit or purchase money be refunded.
  3. A veterinarian health certificate may be provided to the buyer upon request. Buyer agrees to have additional vaccinations given to the puppy on the schedule advised.
  4. If buyer becomes unable to provide adequate food, shelter, attention or veterinarian care for the puppy, the seller/breeder will reclaim the puppy upon request of the buyer, however, no money refund will be provided upon the return of puppy.
  5. The buyer understands that the seller/breeder cannot guarantee show quality. The seller/breeder can only state an opinion as to show potential at the time of sale. The seller/breeder guarantees lineage as stated on the ADBA, UKC, and ABKC registration papers.
  6. It is understood that this dog in not sold for any illegal purpose. If the buyer desires to sell the dog, the seller/breeder must be given the first option to buy the dog. If the seller/breeder declines, then the buyer has the right to sell the dog outright.
  7. Glorious K9 Kennels reserves the right to include our kennel name on the dog’s paperwork. All dogs sold will have the name Glorious’ as part of the dog’s registered name. Buyer may use any call name.
  8. Buyer agrees to the above purchase price of the puppy and acknowledges that this fee must be paid in full by the time the puppy is picked up. Sales receipts will be provided whenever any money is exchanged.
  9. A deposit is required to hold any puppy under the age of 6 weeks old. Deposits required to hold select pups are 40% of the agreed sale price. Pups are required to be paid for in full by 8 weeks of age (addt’l $50 per week thereafter). If at 8 weeks of age the puppy has not been paid for in full and our puppy demand is high, you will forfeit your deposit on the puppy of your choice. If you change your mind on a puppy, your deposit may be transferred to any available puppy at that time, however will not be refunded. Deposits and final puppy sales are non-refundable, but are transferable to other pups.
